Winter 2025-26 at LCC

Lakewood Country Club has built a state-of-the-art pool tent and heating system around its 8-lane outdoor pool. The pool tent fully encloses the pool and creates a controlled indoor environment, keeping temps warm even when temperature drops outside. Locker rooms and showers will be fully functional inside an enclosed and heated building. Participants will have to walk from the indoor locker room areas to the pool structure (a distance of about 20 yards) outdoors. Air temp inside the tent will be held at 86 degrees and the water will be kept at 82 degrees all season long. 

Parents will be encouraged to drop off athletes and return for pickup at the end of the workout. Due to the specific pool tent setup, there is limited space on deck, so FINS has been asked to limit those allowed on the pool deck to swimmers only. However, those parents of our younger swimmers or those with a special situation may request special permission to be on deck by emailing FINS and we will be doing our best to provide accommodations when appropriate.
