Assistant Coach: Entry-level coaching role focused on supporting swimmers and providing instruction. Assistant Coaches help create a positive, engaging environment while assisting with drills, organization, and swimmer safety within beginner level groups. This role requires coaches to be in the water to actively support swimmers.

Best fit for: High school students or first-time coaches who enjoy working with kids and want to learn how to coach.
