The FINS Outdoor Summer Prep Program at Old Farm Returns this Spring!
We will continue to learn and refine strokes and skills, get fitter, stronger, and faster, and have fun! All with the goal of having an amazing summer season in 2026!
FINS will host an 7 WEEK OUTDOOR Spring program at OLD FARM POOL in Rockville, MD (1 Swim Club Way) from Monday April 6 through Friday May 22.
Practices will be offered 7 days a week and welcome swimmers ages 3 & up. Swimmers may swim anywhere from 1 to 6 times a week.
We will be offering our FINS Training Group (FTG) for swimmers who want to swim a minimum of twice a week and gain exposure to interval training and conditioning.

The FINS Outdoor Summer Prep Program at Seven Locks Returns this Spring!
We will continue to learn and refine strokes and skills, get fitter, stronger, and faster, and have fun! All with the goal of having an amazing summer season in 2026!
FINS will host a 5 WEEK OUTDOOR Spring program at SEVEN LOCKS SWIM CLUB in Bethesda, Maryland (9929 Seven Locks Rd) from Monday April 20 through Friday May 22.
Practices will be offered Monday through Thursday and welcome swimmers ages 3 & up. Swimmers may swim multiple times a week.
