Swim Team/Group Practices for all Levels (Little FINS & Up)

This stroke development program is perfect for swimmers looking to make progress in their quest to perfect their strokes. This is our fall session of our year-round program taking place outdoors at Old Farm pool this fall. Coaches will teach all aspects of every stroke, along with complimentary technical skills such as starts, turns, streamlines, etc. Excellent coach to swimmer ratio!

 

**Families enrolled in the 2019-20 season who are eligible for a COVID Credit will indicate this at the time of checkout. All families must first checkout and pay and will then receive a COVID Credit Refund within 3-5 business days.

When: Weekday evenings and Weekends throughout the day (Several times available)

Private and Small Group Lessons Fall 2020

Private & Group - All Ages

From Monday through Sunday this fall our amazing FINS coaches are available for private and small group lessons to swimmers of every age and ability. Whether you just want to fix that flip-turn, or learn how to take your very first stroke, our coaching team is excited to help. You can sign up for private lessons each week, or just once every now and again, it’s up to you!

Note: Currently we are only able to offer private lessons to those swimmers who are able to swim a length of the pool unassisted (it doesn’t have to look pretty!). If your swimmer is unable to make it across the pool comfortably without any assistance, we are not yet able to offer lessons for that swimmer. This is due to social distancing guidelines which restrict a coaches ability to be in the water and hands on with a swimmer. We are monitoring County and CDC guidelines closely, and if this changes, we will open up lessons for swimmers at this level**.

When: 7 days a week! (Available at most hours) – September — October

FINS FAST CLINICS - *Tentative*

Ages 10 & Up

On select evenings over the fall, we invite some of our most accomplished FINS Coaches to run specialized 90 minute clinics which cover all the different strokes and disciplines of our sport with great detail. Swimmers watch and are talked through different drills and demonstrations and then have an opportunity to receive hands on feedback as they try the drills and skills themselves. Our FINS Coaches include an NCAA National Champion, a
Pan-American Gold Medalist, Big-East & ACC champions, as well several other local MCSL and High School swimming legends! We’ve found these unique clinics to be a wonderful learning tool for those swimmers who are looking to better understand the higher levels of our sport. Exact schedule to be released in May.
