Jillian Humphreys – FINS Head Coach

Coach Jillian learned how to swim at a local Red Cross program in Syracuse, New York at age 3. A true “water baby,” she’s been swimming ever since. Jillian joined the Columbia Neighborhood Swim League (CNSL) in Howard County, MD and participated in the Sea Devils program through Howard County Community College. She was a lifeguard and swim instructor at Rutgers University, where she also swam on the Masters’ team. Jillian also spent 7 years with the Montgomery County Ancient Mariners Masters’ League. Jillian works as a Consultant for the MITRE Corporation in McLean, VA. When not in the pool, she can be found at Tough Temple CrossFit working on fitness and participating in her other love, Olympic Weightlifting.
