Charlotte Sheffield – FINS Head Coach

Coach Charlotte began swimming with the Montgomery County Swim League Kenmont Team when she was 8 years old and continued with the program for 10 years until her graduation. She loved competitive swimming and the team community, and eventually became an Assistant Coach for Kenmont at age 14. In addition to being involved in other various swim programs, she swam at Albert Einstein High School during her time there. She currently works for the University of Maryland, where she teaches students and staff about healthy relationships and consent. This is her second year coaching with FINS. She has loved individually getting to know each swimmer she coaches and being a part of their personal development over the year, as well as being a member of the larger FINS family.
