Ali Benjamin – FINS Head Coach

Coach Ali grew up swimming for the Potomac Woods Demons, where she has been a long time Assistant Coach. Ali went on to be a captain for the Richard Montgomery High School Chargers and today Ali is a swimmer on the University of Maryland club team. Ali has also spent time coaching competitive swimming in Columbia, South Carolina. Ali loves swimming because of the great relationships she has built with her coaches over the years. Her goals as a coach is to ensure kids are enjoying swimming regardless of their ability, and making sure her swimmers are always having fun! She says that being around kids and watching them succeed is an unbeatable and highly rewarding feeling. Ali is a big Justin Bieber and One Direction fan and wants her swimmers to know that Bieber Fever does not go away with age.
