The impact of COVID-19 on our small business is being felt on so many levels. Our 40+ coaches are a huge part of our success and they work hard to make sure our swimmers are learning tons, feeling safe, and having fun in the water. For many of our coaches, their FINS earnings are their primary source of income – as many are bridging that post college / pre-workforce gap or saving money for future schooling. For our more established coaches who may be working other jobs: FINS creates an extremely important secondary income that helps them cover all types of expenses.
FINS families enrolled in our 2019-20 season may donate their credit for the 6 cancelled sessions due to COVID-19 back to FINS to support our program and specifically our coaches during this challenging time. Your Credit donation will be directly dispersed into our coaches’ fund and paid in full to our coaches. By donating you will be directly helping our program carry on into the future in the most important of ways – by helping us care for our staff!
